Good example of a video

I know this 20/20 video is done by professionals, but I like there style. The only thing I did not like about it was the phone call audio becuase you can't hear what the caller is saying. Otherwise I think there were creative with how they managed to get all the footage, and I am assuming most people (besides those getting interviewed) did not know they were getting filmed. They did manage to get some great footage of people's reactions though.
